The worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I forgot my netbank pw, and I am living abroad. I cannot change my pw online, I have to call them, but they DEMAND, that I call from my HUNGARIAN number, even though I am abroad, and their calls take forever for nothing, as they are asking for a verification that you cannot give them without having access to your netbank. So I use videobank, where they can verify me. So I call, I give them all my ID's (you are forbidden to record the conversation), the call is "only" 40 minutes, and I wait for them to finally give me my new password. (They ignored 4 emails, they answered the first one, telling me to call them). I am not going to communicate with any bank in an unrecorded form that cannot be traced back. They don't give me my new password, since my Hungarian number changed, so they need one day to record the changes (weekend is coming), so I have to call them AGAIN, and do the same 40 minute verification process AGAIN, and then I can take my new password. So between first email and their answer about one week passed, then they didn't answer for a whole month. Then I wrote two other emails, they answered, but the information was different from what they gave in the video bank. Nah, finally I calmed down after this whole torture, then they send me a text message, DEMANDING to call them back URGENTLY, although I told them absolutely loud and clear that I won't call them from a foreign country on my HUNGARIAN number for them to not do anything just keep me hanging on the line for half an hour, because they cannot verify me. Second, how anyone can use the word URGENTLY with a client. This is actual harassment. Indecent, designed to torture the client. I will terminate my contract with them as soon as I am back in my country, and probably report it all to the PSZAF. It takes over a month to reset a passwordd, just because I am living abroad, and I cannot call from a Hungarian number. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS, totally ignores any and all customer needs, their system is built to serve their comfort. They are not serving you, you are serving them. Never felt so humiliated and outraged after receiving "service" from a "service provider". I am totally flabbergasted over how they think it's ok at any level.
