Following the 2024 review, I submitted all required AVS documentation and was allowed to trade without any restriction or limitation. There were no compliance issues at that time.My repeated request has been for the detailed internal case log for 2025, covering the period prior to the account closure email. This should include internal reviews, compliance follow-ups, risk assessments, and the rationale behind the decision to offboard my account–similar in detail to the 2024 case log.So far, this information has not been provided. Instead, I continue to receive generic responses stating that “all relevant information has already been shared,” which does not address the specific request for the 2025 case log.In addition, my account closure referenced an alleged third-party payment, yet I have not been provided with: • Details of the specific deposit(s) in question • Information on which card(s) were involved • A clear explanation of how it was determined that the card did not belong to meWithout this information, it is impossible for me to properly review or respond to the allegation.Furthermore, when the decision was taken to close my account, I was not given a reasonable or sufficient amount of time to manage or exit my open positions fairly, despite making multiple requests. This resulted in losses.of 44000$ wen my portfolio was down.I had also informed eToro that the manner in which this decision was implemented was causing me financial distress, placing me in what I understand to be the category of a vulnerable client. I am therefore concerned as to whether this treatment aligns with eToro’s obligations toward vulnerable clients and the standards expected by the regulator, FSRA.I am not asking for exceptions–only transparency, documented evidence, reasonable process, and clarity so I can understand whether the decision taken on my account was fair and in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.I hope this review encourages a clearer and more constructive resolution.
