A szabad felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00fa\u00a0jelz\u00e1loghitel\u00a0<\/strong>(m\u00e1s n\u00e9ven\u00a0<\/strong>ingatlanfedezetes hitel, jelz\u00e1log alap\u00fa szem\u00e9lyi k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n) olyan t\u00edpus\u00fa k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n, amelyn\u00e9l a bank r\u00e9sz\u00e9re h\u00e1zat vagy egy\u00e9b ingatlant kell fedezetk\u00e9nt felaj\u00e1nlani. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mivel a bank jelz\u00e1logjogot\u00a0<\/strong>kap az ingatlanra, a k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n sokkal kedvez\u0151bb felt\u00e9telek mellett vehet\u0151 ig\u00e9nybe a t\u00f6bbi szem\u00e9lyi k\u00f6lcs\u00f6nh\u00f6z k\u00e9pest, f\u0151leg akkor, ha magasabb hitel\u00f6sszegr\u0151l van sz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ha a hitelfelvev\u0151 valamilyen okb\u00f3l kifoly\u00f3lag nem tudja t\u00f6rleszteni a hitelt, a banknak jog\u00e1ban \u00e1ll birtokba venni \u00e9s \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edteni az ingatlant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
